By ordering from Ultimate Z, you are agreeing to these terms |
|
|
|
1)
Warranty- |
|
All products carry
the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. Please
make sure to ask us if you have any questions about a warranty before you
make a purchase. We will not be accountable after you have received a
product. |
|
|
|
2)Returns- |
|
All returns must
be received by Ultimate Z within 30 days of the date of original invoice.
A returned item must be in unopened, original, and resalable condition, as
when you received it, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All
returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. There are no returns on used
parts, closeouts, or special order items. Special order items include, but
are not limited to: wheels, body kits, exhaust systems, and performance
parts. |

Properly insure
the returned item when you ship it back to Ultimate Z. Should the carrier
[UPS, FedEx, etc.] damage or lose your shipment, you will receive no
credit from Ultimate Z and you will be forced to make a damage claim with
the courier. If you did not insure the item they will not pay
you. |
|
All returns must
have a RAN [Returned Article Number] on them or we will refuse shipment.
To receive an RAN, call our Returns Department at 630-837-0700. All
returns must be addressed as follows: |

3) Special
Orders- |
|
Any item that is
special order may require a deposit or full payment in advance at the time
the order is placed. The deposit or full payment in advance is not
refundable under any condition or circumstance. Due to the nature of this
business, some orders take longer to arrive than we may originally quote.
Ultimate Z will not be held responsible for delays from manufacturers,
transportation/shipping companies, or product being held at
Customs. |

|
4) Credit
Policies- |
|
Credit will be
issued within one week of receiving a returned part. There are no returns
or credits on items used by the customer or items that are physically
damaged. If you receive an item that is physically damaged, then you must
contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Do not send a physically damaged
item back to Ultimate Z unless we instruct you to do so. Simply contact us
so we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the carrier [UPS,
FedEx., etc]. |

5) Payment
Policies- |
|
Credit card: We
currently accept, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is no
surcharge. |
|
Prepay: Pay only
cost of products plus shipping and handling and insurance. Ultimate Z does
not accept personal checks. We will accept either a Cashier’s Check or
Money Order. |
|
COD: Ultimate Z
does not ship COD. |
|
All special orders
requiring deposit must equal the value of the item ordered plus shipping,
and are non-refundable. |
|

6) Use Of
Products- |
|
Some of the
aftermarket items sold through Ultimate Z are intended for racing and
off-road use only and should never be used on public streets or highways.
Please check your local, state, and federal laws regarding such use.
Ultimate Z is not responsible for any damage or injury to you, anyone with
relation to you, your vehicle, other vehicles or persons, or anything
else, resulting from a product we sell. |

7) Other Legal
Policies- |
|
Ultimate Z, at
it’s sole discretion, may choose to either repair or replace any product
returned within the warranty. If neither repair nor replacement is
possible, Ultimate Z will, at it’s sole discretion, provide a refund,
company credit, or replace the item with an item of equal or greater
present market value. Ultimate Z will be held harmless for any damages any
products shipped from it’s location may cause. Ultimate Z will not be
responsible in which any part that has been provided causes damage
whatsoever to any part, vehicle, person, or other entity. We reserve the
right to notify you of other stipulations at a later time. Other
conditions may apply as necessary. |

8) Acceptance of
Terms- |
|
By ordering from Ultimate Z over the phone, e-mail, fax, or online, you are agreeing to and accepting all of these terms. |
