POP-Charger air filters are designed for maximum air flow by using a 6 inch diameter venturi surrounded by an oiled gauze filter element. The filter element is reusable after cleaning and reapplying filter oil. Horsepower increases from 8 HP on Non-Turbos to 20 HP on the 300ZXTT are typical. Available for most late-model Nissans. JWT Dual Pop Charger, 1990-95 300ZX Twin Turbo
More power? That means more gas and more air. As you make the jump to the eye-popping performance available in a Twin Turbo, the single hi-flow intake is no longer efficient enough (try breathing through a straw). This dual element system provides even more air flow to the 300ZX's turbos.
Once installed on an engine with the necessary upgrades, this assembly adds up to 15 additional horsepower over a similarly set up single POP intake. In fact, it allows so much air that the additional air flow can only be effectively utilized on engines that have been upgraded with larger turbos and larger injectors.
Requires chip upgrade to accommodate the extra airflow. ECU Eprom upgrade is required. A core charge fee of $250 applies. This fee is refunded to you when we receive your old EPROM unit.

Blitz SUS Intake Element
The Blitz Power air cleaners are made from top quality T-304 stainless steel. Totally unique, the entire filtration element is made from a fine stainless steel T-304 mesh (200 micron mesh and 150 micron crown). This mesh means the filter will never wear out, and have substantially less restriction than any other filter. Another feature is the super fine pattern of the mesh. This straightens the airflow and dramatically reduces aerodynamic tumble(restrictive turbulence). HKS Super Mega Flow Air Intake
HKS Super Mega Flow air intake systems have been engineered to dramatically reduce the restriction caused by sealed factory air boxes in both Twin Turbo and Naturally Aspirated 300ZXs. All Super Mega Flow intake filters utilize HKS' patented Super-Funnel design that induces a Venturi-Effect. The increased velocity from this Venturi-Effect reduces air turbulence and provides improved engine response, horsepower and torque.
Super Mega Flow kits include all the necessary mounting brackets and hardware for a complete installation. The kits are CARB exempt per CARB Executive Order # D-186-19, or pending CARB exemption.
The Super Mega Flow system uses a honeycomb frame to distribute stress evenly and prevent the Filter Element from compressing which would reduce engine performance.
The HKS Super Mega Flow element is available in a 2-layer, dual density, wet-type polyurethane filter or in the all-new 3-layer, triple density, dry-type polyurethane filter. The former uses a viscous fluid to attract and stop damaging dirt particles from entering your engine. The latter uses three different densities of polyurethane filter bonded together to stop the damaging particles.
Standard in the Super Mega Flow systems is either the HKS trademark green 2-layer Filter Element or the all-new blue 3-layer Filter Element. Replacement filter elements are available in various colors.

HKS Hard Pipe Kit
HKS Hard Pipe, or intercooler pipe, upgrade kits, by design, increase the efficiency and performance over the factory intercooler pipe system. These kits utilize aluminum mandrel-bent to replace the factory rubber or plastic intercooler pipes. Factory intercooler piping has the tendency to expand, come loose or crack under increased boost conditions.
The use of HKS intercooler piping offers increased durability, consistent boost pressure, and an attractive appearance. Steady and/or higher boost pressure plus improved response are typical gains from installing an HKS intercooler pipe upgrade kit. Each HKS kit includes 4 high polished intake tubes, 8 silicone hoses, 16 stainless steel clamps and other hardware needed to integrate with the factory turbo and intercooler system.

This hardpipe kit replaces the plastic tubing that runs from the intake to the throttle bodies on the Naturally Aspirated models. Each system is built from 6061, T6 aluminum alloy to ensure the lightest design possible. Every system is certified or pending by the California Air Resource Board and backed by Injen Technology's limited lifetime warranty. Currently available with black reinforced silicone hoses only. Stillen Turbo Hose Upgrade
As you begin to venture above stock boost levels, it's time to change out those old, and probably spongy-under-boost or brittle with age, factory rubber boost hoses. These 4-ply silicon boost hoses will not be affected by the high temperatures or boost. Kit includes four hoses and eight hose clamps. Hoses are preshaped for a great fit.

Polished, Extrude-Honed Plenums
A polished upper plenum puts serious bling! in your engine compartment. (Sunglasses are not included) For performance gains, extrude honing is available on both plenums. Lower plenums are not available polished.
The extrude-honing process forces an abrasive flow under tremendous pressure through both upper and lower intake plenums. The result is an extremely smooth and highly polished intake tract that is aerodynamically superior to the stock unit. Once again, increased and smoother air flow translates to unleashing hidden power.

Blitz LM Series Intake 1990-94 300ZX
The Blitz LM Intake System was designed to reduce intake restriction and provide maximum filtration. The LM intake system was design to filter without any assistance of oil. (Oil can gradually disperse into the inlet tracks and coat walls of the air flow meter which can slowly reduce the performance of your vehicle.) The LM system was also designed with a replaceable filter element. Unlike any other conventional one piece filter, the LM intake's filter element can be replaced at any time.
