HKS Front Mount Intercooler
This front mount version is designed for the Z32 specifically. Intercooler size and placement is calculated for maximum efficiency and performance- right in front of the radiator! The huge unit is visible from the front of the ZX- it'll look great on the next magazine cover.
Not limited to small corners like the stock - or all other aftermarket intercoolers, this unit takes full advantage of overall size, flow capacity and cooling efficiency way over the capability of the stock units. This HKS Intercooler Kit has a tube and fin intercooler core with cast aluminum endtanks, as well as mandrel bent intercooler pipes and silicone joint hoses. The metal intercooler piping of this kit, which replaces the stock rubber hoses that tend to expand under boost, offer increased durability, consistent boost pressure, better response and an attractive appearance. The kit also contains twin SMF intakes (off-road use only).
All necessary silicone hoses, brackets, hardware and fittings are included for a complete bolt-on installation. Most HKS Intercooler systems and upgrade kits are CARB exempt (CARB E.O. #D-186-21).

HKS Side Mount Intercooler Kit
HKS Intercooler Kits are a specific upgrade kits for the 300ZXTT. Designed individually for the 300ZX, intercooler size is calculated for maximum efficiency and performance. These intercooler upgrade kits, designed to mount in the factory intercooler location are enhanced in overall size, flow capacity, and cooling efficiency well over the capability of the stock units.
Each HKS Intercooler Kit utilizes a tube and fin intercooler core with cast aluminum endtanks.
All the necessary brackets, hardware and fittings are also included for a complete bolt on installation.

GReddy Front Mount Intercoolers
This 300ZXTT kit include all the necessary mounts, piping and hoses required to install the kit. All kits are designed with specific cores to provide an ideal compromise of cooling and flow, with the added benefit of style. This is achieved by finding an ideal position and configuration for a wide range of boost levels. All cores are of a lightweight air-to-air, tube and fin design. The high efficiency tube design allows smooth ambient flow for optimum heat dissipation and flow to engine cooling systems unlike typical heavy bar and plate types that disturb ambient flow like a wall, or wing shaped tubes types which flow ambient air so fast there is little time for heat transfer.
GReddy intercoolers offer the perfect balance of heat exchanging efficiency and flow. The ends of the cores are TIG-welded and capped off with smooth flowing heavy-duty cast aluminum GReddy endtanks. Light-weight mandrel bent aluminum piping and/or cast aluminum elbows, complete with hose couplers, are used to route air charge smoothly to and from the intercooler.

Stillen Intercooler Upgrade
Take your 300ZXTT out on a hot summer day and drive around for a while to let the engine get good and hot. Then punch it. Remember this when you do the exact same sequence later on that night, after the temperatures cool down. Intercoolers cool the fuel/air mixture allowing a denser charge to be inhaled into the cylinders with each intake cycle. HKS SSQV Blow Off Valve Kit
Made specifically for the 300ZX by HKS. Compressor bypass valves can play a vital role in any successful turbo system. They not only improve the performance of your vehicle but they increase the longevity of the turbocharger as well. The function of a compressor bypass valve is to relieve compressor surge (pressurized air normally forced backwards through the turbo upon deceleration) without reducing compressor speed. Repeated stress from compressor surge can damage the turbocharger and cause turbo failure.
These are dual stage, pull type, sequential relief valves. Guaranteed not to leak. Super sound with triple fin construction. Kit includes both blow off valves required for a VG30DETT.

Apex-i Twin Chamber Blow Off Valve Kit
A good blow off valve is an absolute necessity for high performance turbo systems. A well-engineered blow off valve prevents turbine damage by quickly relieving excess boost pressure without sacrificing boost response.
Conventional blow off valve designs require choosing between flow capacity and boost response - blow off valves with high flow capacity generally have poor boost response, while blow off valves with good boost response are not able to handle high flow capacity.

As you begin to venture above stock boost levels, it's time to change out those old, and probably spongy-under-boost or brittle with age, factory rubber boost hoses. These 4-ply silicon boost hoses will not be affected by the high temperatures or boost. Kit includes four hoses and eight hose clamps. Hoses are preshaped for a great fit.

Stillen Intercooler Air Ducts
These ducts increase the efficiency of your Stillen intercoolers by directing more air thus increasing cooling air flow. More cooling equals a denser air fuel charge which in turn yields more horsepower. These ducts will fit factory front fascia if you are upgrading to Stillen intercoolers. The perfect time to install these ducts is when you upgrade to Stillen's GTZ-R or GTZ-R2 fascia. This item is designed specifically to fit the Stillen upgraded intercoolers. It may not work with other brands or the stock Nissan intercoolers.
