JWT Sport 500 Turbochargers
This set is the most popular turbo upgrade among Z32 owners because it is a direct bolt-in with NO modifications needed. The single most substantial power modification you can make to your 300ZXTT is a turbocharger upgrade. These larger Sport 500 Turbos flow more air and generate more boost than their stock counterpart. On manual trans-equipped 300ZXTT's, these units have 500HP potential at the wheels. The 500's are preset for 12PSI base boost and need a boost control device for higher boost levels.

JWT Sport 530BB Turbochargers
The Sport 530BB uses ball bearings in critical rotating assemblies. Capable of 530HP+ with almost no lag, these turbos are rated best all around performance turbos for street/race use. The 5-bolt turbo outlet flanges require new downpipes. We recommend our split flange downpipes.
The split flange downpipe design prevents exhaust gas turbulance caused by the spinning gas leaving the turbo, resulting in more performance and quicker spool up time (about a 500RPM head start)... which means less lag.
Available in aluminized steel or stainless steel. Save money when you purchase turbos and downpipes as a complete set. Indicate selection below.

JWT Sport 600 Turbochargers
These larger turbos are the next step up from, and flow more air than, the JWT 500s. Automatic transmission model 600's housing is .54 A/R whereas the manual transmission model 600's housing is .63 A/R
When choosing turbos, it is important to match the units to your intended use and driving style. Lag and usable power must weigh in against peak power. In general, the greater the peak power, the longer it takes for the turbo to spool up and produce usable power.
For street applications, you need maximum usable power on tap right now. This yields the best 0-60 times (for most of us), the best freeway roll-ons and the most controllable big power. As you become more track oriented, you can trade off varying amounts of lag for more power. Some track applications seek out peak power over power band, while others need a wider power band more than peak power.
Most of us can't change turbos and set up on a weekly basis, so we make the best choice for our all around requirements. The Sport 600s are preset for 12 psi base boost and need a boost control device for higher boost levels.
*NOTE: Intake, computer, injector, exhaust and boost controller upgrades, plus a set of racing plugs, and larger intercoolers must be installed with the Sport 600 Upgrade. Indicate manual or automatic transmission below.

JWT Sport 650 Turbochargers
This is as big as you can fit onto your factory manifold without a major modification to install. The 650 has slightly more lag than the Sport 600, but is rated at 650HP potential. Uses 5-bolt downpipes. We recommend the SZ downpipes, available in aluminized or stainless steel.

JWT Sport 700BB Turbochargers
This is JWT's newest and largest direct-fit ball bearing turbo upgrade for the VG30DETT. These turbos are based on the Garret wheels and housings found on JWT's "Disco Potato" turbo (Jim Wolf terminology- don't ask us) which exceeds the earlier GT2530 in compressor efficiency and flow. For 700HP+ potential with good streetability, there are no better systems available!

HKS GT2530 BB Turbochargers Kit
HKS GT2530 Ball-Bearing Sport Turbo Upgrades are bolt-ons for the VG30DETT. The pair consists of new, larger HKS GT turbos designed to bolt directly on to the stock manifolds. HKS GT Sport Turbos are designed and sized to promote maximum power and response for maximum airflow throughout the RPM band.
From the HKS precision cast turbine and compressor housings to the specially designed blades, each turbo is crafted to provide high levels of performance and quality. These turbos are easily capable of over 500 rwhp. Preset at 14 PSI, with ported manifolds and supporting mods, 10 PSI can be seen by 3000RPM, and 27 PSI can be reached around 4200RPM.

Power Enterprise 1420 Turbochargers Kit
Capable of over 400rwhp on pump gas, these turbos offer good bang for the buck. The 1420 turbos use full ball bearing cartridges which results in a more freely spinning turbine. Requires JSpec or SZ downpipes for install.
