Ultimate Z Exhaust System, Z32
The Ultimate Z Cat-Back System is made by SUS 304 stainless steel with fully polished surface, CNC machined flanges and are mandrel-bent. It's aggressive styling, and deep, strong, tone are just part of the UZ Cat-Back. It improves horsepower and performance with its straight-through design.
Your choice of 2.5” inside diameter or 3” I.D. pipes, a tip that is specially designed to reach the maximum performance and match perfectly the body styling of your Z32. As a direct bolt on, each Cat-Back comes with a 12-month warranty.
Spec: Fits 1990-96 300ZX 2-seater ONLY. 4.5" flat tip with removable double-layer silencer, 3" or 2.5" piping, 100% stainless steel with polish finish, producing strong, deep and noticable sound.

SZ Super Split Downpipes
There's no doubt about it, these 2.5" downpipes, with wastegate separators, are the best. The split flange design prevents exhaust gas turbulance caused by the spinning gas leaving the turbo, which results in more performance and better spool up time (about 500RPM quicker)... which means less lag. Mid-range is greatly improved.
Available in aluminized steel (pictured) or stainless steel, these downpipes will increase the performance of a VG30 with any stock or aftermarket turbos.

SZ High Flow Cats
Catalytic converters restrict exhaust gas flow, which means less ponies. For a long time, this was something people had to deal with, and would simply buy cat-back exhaust systems and tolerate the restrictive stock cats.
These high flow cats can complete your exhaust system and still have it meet emmissions standards. No welding required, these are strictly bolt-in parts. Available for all 1990-96 Z32s [NA and TT] in aluminized or stainless steel, these cats will give back the horsepower that the stock units stole without increasing emissions, which occurs with test pipes.

HKS Hiper Exhaust System
This HKS exhaust system is manufactured specifically for the Z32. Using extensive computer controlled flow analysis, dyno testing, and precision fitment design, HKS produces maximum horsepower without dramatically depleting low-end torque. Each HKS exhaust system is flanged and comes with all gaskets and hardware to provide the easiest direct bolt on installation possible. Additionally, HKS exhaust systems utilize factory mounting points and hanger locations and are 50 state emissions and sound legal.
Available for Coupe and Convertible ONLY and not available for 2+2's.

HKS Turbo Single Tip Exhaust
HKS is one of the best regarded names in after market performance for Japanese vehicles. Designed for turbo applications that require greater flow capacity, the increased flow offers a gain in boost pressure, boost response, a broader powerband and an increase in overall peak power. Average gains of 10 to 25 horsepower have been seen. Each system bolts on directly in place of the stock mufflers. This system is compatible with Stillen rear valances. Stillen Exhaust System
Mandrel-bent tubing for performance and 100% T304 stainless steel (polished tips, end pipes and mufflers, matte piping) for long life in any climate. The unique double Y-pipe uses an elliptical joint to create synchronized gas flow without the restriction of traditional H or X-pipes. The Stillen exhausts for the Twin Turbo and Naturally Aspirated 300ZX are the best performing systems available. The guys at Stillen hand fabricate straight through mufflers using an exclusive space age packing material for a pleasing yet responsible sound level. The end result is increased torque, power, and faster spool up for turbo models.

Stillen Headers, 300ZX NA
This single most significant power modification for the Naturally Aspirated 300ZX (short of nitrous) are these hot ceramic-coated headers from Stillen. Expect an increase in horsepower throughout the RPM range with the greatest gains at higher RPMs. The car remains driveable and noise level is not increased. Ceramic coated for long life and optimum heat dissipation.

Stillen Race Pipes (Test Pipes), 1990-95 300ZXTT
These Race Pipes replace the stock catalytic converters for unrestricted maximum exhaust flow. The front end bolts to the pre-cat, the rear to the Y or H section of the exhaust. Gaskets are supplied. Fits 1990-95 300ZX Twin Turbo ONLY. 1996 model years may require some modification.

Ported/Polished Twin Turbo Exhaust Manifolds
Ported exhaust manifolds for Twin Turbo models results in substantial flow increases. In bench test results, we have seen flow increases from 171 cfm to 211 cfm with a stock head/ported manifold combination. Increased flow capacity translates to freer breathing and increased horsepower. Do this before flowing the head as more gains are realized with the exhaust manifolds.
A refundable core charge is required.
Application: 90-95 300ZX Twin Turbo.

GReddy EVO II Exhaust, 1990-95 300ZX
Even with GReddy's round SUS mufflers and large piping diameters, the EVO's new offset tip design can still improve road clearance in most models. Another benefit is the appearance of a small muffler on the car, but still allows for excellent sound suppression. EVO systems tend to use the largest piping diameters possible for flow, while still being ideal for street use. The embossed GReddy logo on both the SUS tip and muffler will set the system apart from the rest. Dual mufflers use 60-70mm piping, with 115mm tips.

RTEC Converter, 1990-95 300ZXTT
It's has been a common belief for many years that all catalytic converters place a choke-hold on performance or flow so freely that you'll fail emissions testing. In 1993, Random Technology disproved that theory with the introduction of Super High Flow catalytic converters. This design, which meets Federal EPA and CARB requirements, enables virtually any vehicle with a properly tuned engine to meet emissions standards with little, if any power loss (compared to an exhaust with no catalytic converter).
In fact, Random Technology cats actually have a higher flow capacity than most mufflers. As an example, a 3" diameter Super High Flow converter flows 501cfm. Most 3" diameter high performance mufflers flow less than 475 cfm at the same test pressure.
Custom catalytic converters with inlets and outlet up to 4" in diameter are available. This converter is available in either 2.5" in/out and a direct replacement for your factory converter, or 3" in/2.5" out requiring the RTEC downpipe, available separately. Choose between ceramic and metallic converter below.
