MEGAN RACING Nissan 350Z/G35 Y-Pipe
The Inifinity G35 and Nissan 350Z are high-end performance machines, boasting the VQ35DE V6 Engine that easily pulls these cars through the highest demands. Because they are at the forefront of automotive technology, many aspects of the car s performance have grown increasingly complicated. To modify simple things, such as the exhaust system, becomes a daunting task that can become pricey. Due to the complexity of the bends, flanges and welds in the OEM Y-Pipe Megan Racing has decided to manufacture a direct bolt-on Y-Pipe for the 350Z and G35.
The Y-Pipe features two High-Flow flex pipes to reduce the interior noise resonance without sacrificing performance while the Polished T-304 Stainless Steel construction offers a show-car look and long lasting durability.
The inlets are 2.5" that follow through with individual pipes until they converge at the Cat-Back system with a 3" Flat-Flange to provide a secure and fit seal every time

NISMO R-Tune Headers, 350Z
These hand-crafted NISMO exhaust headers are mandrel-bent, made of equal-length, hand-crafted tubing. The 1.625" primary tube exits to a 2.25" collector made from 100% T-304 stainless steel construction. Heavy-duty 3/8" flange. You'll get a 9+HP increase over 3800-6200 rpm range at rear wheels, and 13 HP and 13 lb-ft maximum increase at rear wheels. Fit is exact.
These headers have been designed and are intended for off-highway application only, and are sold "as is", without warranty of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. Megan Racing OE-RS series cat backs are based on factory style, with bigger piping, OEM style polished mufflers and quiet sound. The cat back system is made stainless steel. All pipiing are mandrel bent with a high polished finish. Exhaust system comes with all the necessary hardware needed for a direct bolt on installation. Improves HP with minimal noise.

Stillen Headers, 350Z
After months of development work, the Stillen 350Z headers produce big increases in streetable power and torque on both naturally aspirated and forced induction vehicles. The equal length design of the headers allow better and more efficient exhaust scavenging which contributes to the performance gains tested on the dyno, 11.5HP at @ 6200RPM and 18.5lbs/ft. @ 3800RPM at the wheels.
These hand-crafted 'shorty' headers do not require the removal of the catalytic convertors and are available in two versions; 100% stainless steel or ceramic coated mild steel. Both are manufactured by Stillen. This is not a backyard bolt on.
Although these headers do not remove the cats, they are not 50-State legal, check your local regulations.

Stillen Race Pipes, 350Z
The exciting and powerful 350Z gets another serious boost in performance with Stillen's Race Pipes. While they delete the catalytic converters, these race pipes, combined with Stillen's performance headers, produce big increases in power and torque on both naturally aspirated and supercharged vehicles. Contributing to the performance gains along with the straight-through free-flowing design, is an expansion chamber that promotes more efficient exhaust scavenging.

RTEC Hi-Flow Ceramic Converters 350Z
For years, it has been a common belief that all catalytic converters place a choke-hold on performance. In 1993, Random Technology disproved that theory with the introduction of Super High Flow catalytic converters. Direct-fit, bolt-in Super High Flow converters are available for the 350Z.
This design, which meets Federal EPA and CARB requirements, enables virtually any vehicle with a properly tuned engine to meet emissions standards with little, if any power loss (compared to an exhaust with no catalytic converter) In fact, Random Technology catalytic converters actually have a higher flow capacity than most mufflers. As an example, a 3" diameter Super High Flow converter flows 501cfm. Most 3" diameter high performance mufflers flow less than 475 cfm at the same test pressure.
Random Technology custom catalytic converters with inlets and outlet up to 4" in diameter are available. Independent testing by engine builders, racers, and automotive magazines has repeatedly proven the superiority of the Random Technology Super High Flow design.

Borla Dual Exhaust System 350z
Ultimate Z is proud to offer the Borla Cat-Back System. We have tested this system in-house to make sure you get the highest quality products available. Having tested this system for fit, finish, and overall sound, it has performed very well.
The sound is slightly throatier on hard acceleration and about the same as stock at idle without any annoying resonant noise at any RPM point. The exhaust system installs to the flange just after the catalytic converter and eliminates the factory Y-pipe.
Like all Borla systems, it is made from full aircraft-quality T304 stainless steel, and is a true dual exhaust designed with an H-pipe. It is a split rear exiting system with a 4.5" single round, rolled edge, angle cut tip at each exit. This system consists of dual 2.25" inlet pipes to a 2.25" H-pipe assembly. Exiting the H-pipe assembly are dual 2.25" pipes to a pair of 14" long by 4" diameter round mufflers. After the mufflers, a pair of 2.25" over the axle pipes lead to a newly designed X-flow muffler.
The "True Dual" system has resulted in gains of 23.5HP and 14.7lbs/ft. of torque throughout the entire RPM range. Initial weight comparisons show that the factory exhaust weighs 62 pounds, Brand "S" weighs 74 pounds, while the Borla "True Dual" system weighs only 50 pounds. That is a huge 12-pound savings over the factory exhaust.
Combine the Borla "True Dual" Cat-Back exhaust with headers for gains of up to 25HP and 17lbs/ft. of torque. Wow! More power, less weight, great looks and sound!

NISMO S-Tune Exhaust System 350Z
The NISMO cat-back exhaust system has a single 3" stainless steel pipe with Y-Pipe, all flowing out a single muffler via two double-walled 4" NISMO laser-etched oval tips. Not only is it 9lbs lighter than the stock exhaust, you'll see gains of 6HP and 3.5lb-ft gain at the wheels. This system is a direct bolt on (it's from NISMO) with no additional modification needed. This exhaust is 50-State legal. All installation hardware is included.

GReddy SP2 Exhaust, 350Z
It wasn't easy to improve on the popular GReddy SP system. But through customer feedback from over 10 years of use and testing, GReddy redesigned the SP as a full stainless steel cat-back exhaust system that is similarly priced to the original SP system.
The new SP2 features a 304 stainless steel cross-flow muffler canister with extra strong 430 SS end caps that feature a deep, high polish. Large, high volume mufflers provide maximum flow with a deep, pleasing tone and are especially effective when used on 350Z's with aftermarket turbocharger systems.
The unique outer curled oval tips (60mm diameter) are embossed with the famous GReddy logo. Employing state-of-the-art robotic seam welding, the single wall canisters feature increased rigidity for maximum durability and life. With over 35 types of internal perforated tubes, each SP2 application is specifically tuned for the best combination of sound and performance.

350Z HKS HI-POWER EXHAUST SYSTEM 03+
Inspired and designed from endurance and GT racing in Japan, HKS developed its Hi-Power Exhaust system for both turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications. HKS has incorporated this new race inspired offset muffler and piping design into many street applications, which offers a greater flow and higher-PRM power gains due to the less restrictive design. This is achieved by eliminating unnecessary bends for the straightest exhaust path.
For turbocharged applications, the large and smooth exhaust flow allows greater exhaust velocity for better mid-range boost response and high-RPM power. Naturally aspirated vehicles also benefit from greater exhaust flow capacity as engine tuning levels increase. Certain applications are available in a Silent Hi-Power version which has an inner silencer built into the muffler. Like Drager Exhaust systems, Hi-Power Exhaust systems are made from SUS304 stainless steel muffler and tip assemblies. This is the hottest new look for customized 350Zs. This rear section exhaust is used with our new Type 2 rear valance to add a unique look, sound and performance. This exhaust can be also be purchased as a Rear Section or as a full Cat-Back.
It features full stainless steel construction, single path, single muffler, dual exit design. As a rear section it will fit with the stock set up or a STILLEN Y-Pipe.
As a rear section, it will produce 7 hp at the wheels, with the STILLEN Y-Pipe (in the Cat-Back configuration) this increases to 10hp. This exhaust sports a unique look, aggressive sound and improved performance.

The all new STILLEN Y-pipe is constructed of 2 1/2" pipe up to 3" on the collector and is made of stainless steel. This mandrel bent pipe allows for smooth flow of gasses without restriction, bringing the increase of performance to 7 horsepower with an additional 3lbs of torque to your 350Z or G35 Coupe. (Total of 10 HP gained when used with the STILLEN Silver Series Y-Pipe Back Exhaust System)
